DIAMANTE VALLEY, COSTA RICA

This experience will bring in the best elements of embodiment practices (yoga, mediation, movement, breathwork, etc), modern psychology, and plant medicine ceremonies, and will be set in a beautiful location of abundant nature and surrounded by a supportive community. The retreat is open to all levels of practice and experience with yoga, meditation, and plant medicine.

Our services

Integration

These non-ordinary states of consciousness can be difficult to navigate. Our Integration provides support and guidance to those in need of processing past experiences in order to gain new insight and assimilate the information received into their conception of self, relationships, spirituality, and worldview.

Movement

Amplified yoga provides the tools to generate the inner energy that is needed to survive and excel under the pressure of these times. Now, more than ever, it is necessary to eliminate the accumulation of tension, pressure, and stress that can leave us feeling depleted, depressed, and anxious.

Meditation + Micro Flow

Being able to achieve a state of flow, and on a smaller scale, being able to achieve even a bit of focus, is essential to achieving goals. But being able to maintain that focus and maintain that stability of mind can be challenging. That’s where meditation and mindfulness come in. Different classes in every retreat.

Sacred Medicine

In LGBTQ communities, incidents of depression, anxiety, and addiction are higher than in the larger population. Recent research has suggested that sacred plant medicine might help the brain change in ways that seem to create a revolutionary treatment for depression, trauma, anxiety and addiction.

“It felt like a big queer family and even though I didn't know anyone I felt very welcomed with a sense of belonging. Because of this, I was able to feel vulnerable during my journey and uncover new things about myself that I'll continue to work on with my own therapy.”
